We need your help! This is a HUGE opportunity for SBC to earn extra money to support our upgrades at the park! This year we were asked to move to Bar 4 due to our success over the last few years. After consulting The Board of Directors, and sending out a survey to our membership, we have made the agreement to take on this new challenge.

We are so excited! Bar 4 opens at 11AM and closes at 2:30AM. This is one of the two large bars, and we will need more volunteers than we ever have in the past. However, we feel very strongly that this is a great opportunity to earn the needed funds for some of our upcoming improvements. i.e.: a new well, a new sewer system and bathroom facilities.

NO bartending history is required. If you have not volunteered or worked here previously, it really is a fun experience- most want to come back the next year. Responsibilities include: Simple drinks with pour stoppers, opening beer cans, and selling beer tickets.

Friends and family can also sign up for shifts as well. You do not have to be affiliated with Seymour Ball Club to help the cause. Feel free to share this with those that are interested. We don’t want to turn away any help we can get!

Benefits for Volunteering at Hoof Beat and/or Rock Fest:

If you like to people watch and be entertained there is no better place.

If you work a shift, you get a ticket for either that day or the next day.

If you work at least one shift per day for all three days, you can camp for FREE in the bartender camping area.

We are utilizing Sign-up Genius for these signups. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one. It would be best if you can use your first and last name when you sign up, as it helps the check-in process for volunteers.
